The project activities are divided into 6 work packages, 3 Horizontal ones (WP1-Project Management, WP5 – Project Quality Control and Quality Assurance and WP6-Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability, and 3 development work-packages related to the Capacity Building actions, WP2- Preparation and implementation of the capacity building, WP3- Establish an innovative lab center for creativity and design "Garment and Fashion Design Center", and WP4- Development of courses in 3D Garment Design.

WP1 is about the financial, technical, and operational management, as well as EACEA reporting and project capitalization. WP1 will involve all partners under the guidance of the Lead Partner (CRETHIDEV). Management and quality assurance will be present throughout the project, using milestones and indicators to properly evaluate whether the project is on track and the objectives are being met on a regular basis.

All project partners will review the quality of work and working methods, which will be discussed at project meetings. They will provide comments on interim results, report drafts, and project publications, ensuring that the techniques and results are of high quality. In the context of each activity's validation step, the outputs of each activity will be examined before the finalization of the activity's deliverables (WP5).

WP6 will include dissemination and exploitation operations, which will be thoroughly described and directed by a dissemination and exploitation plan. Design and printing of brochures, a project website, social media presence, the organization of two workshops per Jordanian and Palestinian partner, and the preparation of a final conference in Jordan for the dissemination of outcomes are all examples of dissemination methods. An Advisory Board will be established as a part of the stakeholder engagement and the establishment of ties with the industry, which will follow the development of the Labs and it will provide feedback for the effective addressing of the needs of the local sector.

The WP2-Preparation and implementation of the capacity building, which starts with the verification of the thorough pre-project needs' analysis, with the Preparation of baseline study, where the current status of affairs regarding the 3D Design training, skills gaps and mismatches in both countries will be verified and the needed capacities of the centers will be finally decided. This will lead to the development of the capacity building plan, the development of the training material on at least 6 topics of training: (a) 3D Digital Prototype, (b) 3D Fashion Design, (c) Digital Showroom and Visual Merchandising, (d) Digital Avatars and Virtual Influencers, € Rapid Prototyping, and (f) Digital Materials, as well as any outcome from the baseline study, and the training of staff in EU.

WP3 and WP4 are for the development and delivery of the training curricula/ material and the operation of the 3DGarT Labs in both countries. The developed syllabus will be adapted to the sector's as well as the trainees' needs, and there will be a pilot training operation on the developed courses, in both countries.
